As you have already read or heard, in South Eastern China, Zhejiang, Guangzhou, Fujian Provinces, it is typhoon season. I am in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. This one is going to hit directly at Wenzhou. Each summer there is numerous typhoons. Anyway, on today 10 August 2006 (Thursday), there will be a very huge typhoon.

It will be the biggest in 40 years! expect, floods, falling and flying objects, uprooted trees, flying rooftops, motorcycles, bicycles, trishaws, even dogs, etc, 3 -6 meter high waves, thunderstorms, blistering rains. It is so serious that it is making companies, factories, shops close early ....its going to start at 1700 hours right until late at night. Billboards, adverts, rooftops are being removed and enforced to prepare for this typhoon. so many other things....the mood / situation here is in a frenzy and ppl are very worried and preparing for the worst.

This is going to be one heck-a-va big one... everyone is stocking up on food, drinking water, supplies etc. lets hope the damage is kept to a minimum....
